Cancellation & Refund Policy<\/h2>\n

1) Return Request Window<\/h3>\n

\nYou may request a return within 3 days<\/strong> from the date your order is delivered.
\nWe do not offer product exchanges. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.\n<\/p>\n

\nUnboxing Video Required:<\/strong> For any claim related to damaged or defective products,
\nplease record a clear, continuous, and unedited video from opening the sealed package until the
\nissue is clearly visible. This video is mandatory for return or refund approval.\n<\/p>\n

2) Eligibility for Returns<\/h3>\n

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with labels intact.<\/li>\n
  • Opened, used, or partially used products are not eligible for return.<\/li>\n
  • Products damaged due to improper storage, handling, or use after delivery are not eligible.<\/li>\n
  • Certain agricultural inputs or consumable products may be non-returnable once opened for
    \n safety and quality reasons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    3) Refund Method<\/h3>\n

    \nApproved returns will be refunded as TOFCO store credit<\/strong>, which can be used for future
    \npurchases and does not have an expiry date. Cash or bank refunds are not provided.\n<\/p>\n

    • Reverse pick-up fee:<\/strong> A reverse logistics charge may be deducted if we arrange
      \n return collection.<\/li>\n
    • Damaged or defective on arrival:<\/strong> Once verified using the unboxing video,
      \n full store credit will be issued without any deduction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      4) How to Initiate a Return<\/h3>\n

      \nTo request a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery:\n<\/p>\n

      • Provide your order ID, reason for return, supporting photos, and the unboxing video (if applicable).<\/li>\n
      • Once eligibility is confirmed, we will arrange a reverse pick-up where serviceable, or guide
        \n you on safe return shipping.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        5) Replacements<\/h3>\n

        \nFor verified damaged or defective products, we may offer:\n<\/p>\n

        • A replacement product (subject to availability), or<\/li>\n
        • Store credit equivalent to the product value.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          \nApproved replacements are generally dispatched within 7\u201310 working days<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n

          6) Order Cancellations<\/h3>\n

          \nOrder cancellations are not supported<\/strong> once an order has been placed.
          \nPlease review product details, quantities, and delivery information carefully before confirming

          • If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, delivery refusal, or unavailability
